Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Because your Glow purchase supports fundraising groups, all fundraising purchases are final.

Damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement (if available) or store credit.

  • Order number
  • Photo of the issue (and packaging if damaged)

Shipping

  • Tracking is provided when your order ships.

If a package is delayed or missing: Contact the carrier first, then email us and we’ll help.

Fundraising Orders

Fundraising orders support the group/campaign selected at checkout. Once submitted, purchases typically cannot be reassigned to another fundraiser due to reporting and payout tracking.

  • Keep away from kids/pets/drafts
  • Burn on a stable, heat-safe surface
  • Trim wick as needed
  • Discontinue use when wax is low

Scent preferences and sensitivities vary and are not eligible for refunds/returns.
