Refunds, Returns & Replacements
Because your Glow purchase supports fundraising groups, all fundraising purchases are final.

Damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement (if available) or store credit.

- Order number
- Photo of the issue (and packaging if damaged)
Shipping
- Processing and shipping times may vary based on fundraiser schedules and seasonal demand.
- Tracking is provided when your order ships.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a package is delayed or missing: Contact the carrier first, then email us and we’ll help.
Fundraising Orders
Fundraising orders support the group/campaign selected at checkout. Once submitted, purchases typically cannot be reassigned to another fundraiser due to reporting and payout tracking.

Use candles safely:
- Never leave unattended
- Keep away from kids/pets/drafts
- Burn on a stable, heat-safe surface
- Trim wick as needed
- Discontinue use when wax is low
Scent preferences and sensitivities vary and are not eligible for refunds/returns.
